How do I give the Flower Letters as a gift?
Our Gifting Bundles make gift giving easy. Gifting Bundles include a collection tin and redemption card for a prepaid story. This allows you to hand deliver the gift to your recipient, or to have the bundle shipped directly to them. When your recipient is ready to redeem their story, they can redeem it online using the redemption code. If your recipient is unable to redeem the code for themselves, you may do so on their behalf.
How do I redeem my story?
Stories can be redeemed by entering the code found on the redemption card at:
What if my recipient doesn’t know how to redeem the code online?
You may redeem the code online on behalf of your recipient. You may have the bundle shipped directly to you so you may have access to the redemption code or have your recipient share their redemption code with you.
What if I lose my redemption code?
An agent would be happy to assist you at support@theflowerletters.com. Please have the recipient’s name, shipping address, and selected story ready.
How long after redeeming is the first letter sent out?
After redemption, first letters are mailed in 3 business days and delivery is within 2 weeks or 6 weeks internationally.
Can my recipient choose any story?
No, the gift giver selects the story when purchasing the bundle. The recipient receives a collection tin and a redemption card for the prepaid story chosen for them.
When will the Orchid Mae bundles be available?
