I just ordered the Audrey Rose Collection as a Christmas gift for my 81YO mom. It's tough to think of gifts for my parents because they don't want or need things that will take up a lot of space. A friend told me about The Flower Letters as an idea, and I chose Audrey Rose because she and my dad were both toddlers when the US entered WWII.
I thought the Audrey Rose Collection would appeal mainly to my mom (and so kept looking for a gift for my dad), but I think Dad will enjoy the letters as well due to the historical references.
I can't wait to see the first letter, and hear what my parents think of it!
