Our Guarantee

Our customers’ happiness and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you are dissatisfied, please let us know and we will do our best to help. 

Under certain circumstances, we may issue refunds. If you’ve been approved for a refund by The Flower Letters Support the relevant amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7 - 10 business days. 

Our general return and refund policies for specific products are below. 

30-Day Full Refund Guarantee (Letters Only)

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your story, please let us know within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are not automatic with cancellations but available upon request. You are welcome to keep the letters that have been delivered to you. 

Refunds after 30 days (Letters Only)

Monthly Subscriptions

After the full refund guarantee expires (30 days), refunds are not available for monthly payments already collected. We will, however, send you the remaining letters that have been paid for.

Prepaid Subscriptions

After the full refund guarantee expires (30 days), you are entitled to a prorated refund of your subscription for up to 60 days from when your subscription began. 

After 60 days, refunds are not available for prepaid subscriptions. The remainder of the subscription will be mailed to the address provided. 

Refunds for Non-Letter Products

Any product other than letters can be returned within 60 days. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product for a prompt refund. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. 

Whether you are returning for a refund or an exchange, please include the following with the product you are shipping:

  1. Include a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box with the item you are returning
  2. Include your order number, email, and first and last name
  3. Indicate the reason for the return 
  4. State if you would like a refund or exchange 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the product that is intact and unused.
