Your Mailing Schedule
Ships via USPS Ground with tracking on the date you select at checkout. Arrives 2โ5 business days later.
Tracking includedMailed via regular mail on the Friday of the week following your ship date โ an off-cycle send, separate from the regular mailing schedule below.
USPS Regular MailLetters 3 through 24 are mailed on the dates listed below โ generally the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.

Letters are mailed on these dates throughout the year.
From time to time, the mailing schedule may be adjusted to accommodate holidays, USPS delays, or operational needs. Schedules are subject to change. We recommend joining our mail-date notification email list to receive the most up-to-date information.
We mail through the USPS system. Your first letter ships with tracking; the rest are sent through regular mail without tracking, which is how we keep the experience feeling like a real letter from a friend.
If a date falls on a holiday or USPS slows down, we may shift a mailing by a few days. We'll always note any changes in our mailing-date emails.
Mailing FAQ
Letters OnlyThe first letter is shipped via USPS Ground with tracking, enclosed in a kraft cardboard envelope. A tracking number is provided once the letter has shipped.
The first envelope shows the story title (e.g., The Audrey Rose Story); all subsequent letters display the recipient's name.
Remaining letters are sent via regular mail and do not include tracking.
Tin + LettersThe first letter is included inside the tin and shipped via USPS Ground with tracking. A tracking number is provided once it has shipped.
You can update your address on your own anytime before your order ships through your account on theflowerletters.com. After your order has shipped, email support@theflowerletters.com and we'll help get your address changed.

Only the first letter ships with USPS Ground tracking. The remaining letters are sent through regular mail, which does not include tracking. This is intentional โ it keeps the cost down and lets each letter feel like a real piece of correspondence rather than a shipment.
Yes โ international orders work a little differently. Instead of receiving letters over the course of the year, all 24 letters are mailed together in a single package, shipped with tracking. A tracking number is provided once it has shipped.
The first letter has the story title printed on the envelope (e.g., The Audrey Rose Story) โ this signals what's arriving and is part of the unboxing moment. From letter two onward, every envelope is addressed to the recipient by name.
