Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a first month free. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. Canceling your monthly subscription payment can be made by following this link. 

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive letters twice a month for a year. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged on or around the same day each month. For example, if today were the 15th, you would be charged the following month on the 15th.

First-month free promotion
If you purchase a first-month free promotion, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. If you do not enjoy the subscription you may cancel before the date of your next payment to avoid being charged. If you cancel the subscription immediately after signing up, it is likely no letters will be sent. Refunds will not be offered for cancellation requests made after the charge has been made. We will fulfill an additional 2 letters.
