Will they see what I paid?
No. Their email shows only your note and the pass. When they choose their story, checkout shows our list price with the pass applied and a $0 total. They'll never be asked to pay anything unless they add something to their order.
What about the keepsake tin?
You may include a tin with the pass you gift. If a tin is not included, they'll have the chance to add it themselves when they redeem the pass.
Does the pass expire?
Never. If it sits in their inbox until spring, it works in spring. You'll also get a printable copy right after checkout if you'd like to hand it over in person.
What if I need to change a name, email or date?
Reply to your confirmation email and we'll fix it before it sends.
