Letters OnlyThe first letter is mailed via USPS First-Class Mail on the ship date you select at checkout, enclosed in a kraft cardboard envelope. First-Class letter mail doesn't include tracking; tracked shipping can be added at checkout as an optional upgrade.

The first envelope shows the story title (e.g., The Audrey Rose Story); all subsequent letters display the recipient's name.

Remaining letters are sent via regular mail and do not include tracking.

Tin + LettersThe first letter is included inside the tin and shipped with tracking. A tracking number is provided once it has shipped. Orders of $110 or more that include a tin ship free with tracking.

You can update your address on your own anytime before your order ships through your account on theflowerletters.com. After your order has shipped, email support@theflowerletters.com and we'll help get your address changed.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for U.S. delivery of each letter (longer internationally). If a letter still hasn't turned up after that, email support@theflowerletters.com, and we can help get your letter resent.

Yes — international orders work a little differently. Instead of receiving letters over the course of the year, all 24 letters are mailed together in a single package, shipped with tracking. A tracking number is provided once it has shipped.

The first letter has the story title printed on the envelope (e.g., The Audrey Rose Story) — this signals what's arriving and is part of the unboxing moment. From letter two onward, every envelope is addressed to the recipient by name.
